Anyone picked up one of the 10mm dcyclers from glass artist? I know someone a few pages back had a bad experience with him but my previous purchase of a 10mm h!tman style recycler from him was smooth and flawless, reallllllly thinking I may pull the trigger on the electroformed version, too...

This discussion of materials has me interested; what other materials are people comfortable using from China/dhgate? Storage: silicone? Dab surface: ceramic? Quartz?

They typically make them thicker for either low temp dabs or monster dabs. If neither of those is you, do what you want. I personally have bangers (3 or 4mm) and a Grail. Grail is a nice compromise between heat holding ability and being a pain in the dick to heat up

Ordered a grail knockoff from hqm something, I think they're related to hymanquartz01, highly recmended, only had it for about a week though

Shower thought I had: if a seller is willing to sandblast or has a sand blasted piece, it would definitely be boro, correct? Since other glasses don't seem to take blasting well?

A quick googling tells me that they started to add lead to glass to make it easier to cut the angles seen in crystal wear, by making the glass softer. That doesn't really jibe with your experience of not being able to blast it? Unless it's somehow so soft that it just mushes around instead of...

Has anyone worked with glass_artist to have their piece sand blasted? His insta has some cool looking patterns; some flower of life shit and some other Art Deco-y all over print. Any details on submitting designs ? And pricing guidance?

Bangers from hymanquartz on dhgate are great, been using a 3mm thick 14mm female 90 for a while on my straight fab (with drop down)

For oil/dabs? Or for vaping? I can only speak to the dabbing, and for that, the FC710 is amazing. There are about to be some more options with the same perc as the 710, but it looks like the vendors are still working out the kinks
