I wouldn't worry, if you don't already have a TM and you can afford the extra for the TM2 then go for it! You could be unlucky but someone has to be with every product. I don't believe the TM is unreliable in general.

The 1.7 is beautifully pure in terms of flavour. Before I broke mine I would run it at 515f and it delivered everything I wished for. It's as good flavour as the elev8r but the vapour is thicker and develops much faster. It runs much cooler than my ceroma for similar performance but better...

I've only experienced the early shut down with dodgy batteries that can't supply the required amps. One of my molicells checked out very early after about 50 charges so they can die sooner sometimes.

Similar to an elev8r if you've used one of those torched, keep an eye on the colour of the flame, when it starts to turn from yellow to orange it should be about ready. Practice in a darkened room with a timer and you should get it pretty quickly.
