Plug the top hole for decreased airflow and more clouds. I've actually never even tried hitting min without the hole being plugged. The airflow when plugged is similar to my myrtlezap and I like it.

woke up to my unit being non functional today, what a bummer. The plug is the issue, as is usually the problem. The wire when moved around makes the light turn on, and sometimes it turns on when barely plugged in. does this seem like the usual problem that is fixed by the transformer repair kit?
