15 minute chargers are nto really recommended. look at the wiki for a list of chargers that are recommended. I use Imedion (made by pwoerex) 2400 and love them. OThers use the 2700s and love them.

I store mine in the open in a battery case. I have left them in the charger after charging without issue hwoever.
