    vape advice for a friend

My advice for someone with no vapes that wants to make the conversion is to get a desktop & a portable at the same time. If the budget is $200 I would get a Vapolution and a MFLB - both can be had for $200 combined - and that has you covered for most eventualities. Or, if he doesn't have any...

    Aromazap/Myrtlezap/CeramicRockZap

I needed a little stem holder for my bedroom MZ and came up with this. I use 2 clothes pegs and fold the top flap over a bar in the headboard. The test tube holds my pre-ground herb. It is backed with another panel of denim and then stitched into compartments that just fit the stems snugly.

    Filtered 'bowl' vapes

Grabbed one of these for 7 euro and wanted to do a quick review. The Metal-Vapobowl (MVB) is a very small item coming with the bowl and cap and no instructions. I don't have any metal downstems but had a 14 to 18 mm expander which fits the metal bowl perfectly and allows for easy chamber...

Welcome. She's a beauty megan :) As to the coozie it isn't recommended to leave on 24/7. Usually people just put it on 5-10 mins before they want to use it and then take it off if the Zap isn't going to be used for a while or over night.

    Switching to vaping...

I have an EQ and a Solo. The are both completely different machines and very difficult to compare because of it. Personally I would get an EQ over the Solo if I could only pick one.

    Switching to vaping...

It's funny because the one thing I do miss from smoking is that initial quick rush. I do vape at work but just little sips here and there to keep the edge off. Once I get home I want to feel that 'hard knock' feeling - that's where the nail/dome or the gn0me oil-dome come in. I only do one dab a...

    Discontinued Vapolution 2.0

The AIW can really give some tasty hits. My fave setting is around the 10.30/11 o'clock mark, with 12 being my maximum too. As to the hunger thing - even when I used to smoke 'munchies' never really affected me. Once in a blue moon I'd demand a choc-bar, but that was very rare and non-existent...

Looking for handheld vape for 2 people

Have a look at the Da Vinci. I put it through it's paces at a party a few nights ago. There were 4 of us hitting it and it held up very well. We managed about 5-6 bowls before I had to get the charger out and plug into the mains.

Overwhelmed with choice of vapes. Need help.

I second what Stu says. The Vapolution is not hard to conquer. I estimate about a 3 bowl learning curve - i.e. by the 3rd bowl you will have a good idea of how it works and how to use it effectively. For the price it's a real steal and if a pure air-path is your aim the All-in-wonder-bowl and...

No, you won't be able to use it directly if it is a 110v. You would need a 'step-down' converter but it is much cheaper to just buy a 12v 1a power supply with a 2.1mm connector. They are quite common and available in a lot of electrical stores (cctv's usually use the same power supplies).

    Aromazap/Myrtlezap/CeramicRockZap

My experience is that I needed a VV for my CRZ. I have recently been testing my power supplies and their effectiveness with different log vapes. A power supply giving out a flat 12v wasn't enough for me, I needed a bit more juice to get where I wanted from my CRZ, so got a VV pumping up to 15v...

@pandawok56. * The bits of vapor on first heat up should be ok - I'm hoping it's just machining residue or dust from manufacture, but can't be sure. * Mine also has the high pitched buzz when charging, but doesn't bother me. * IMO the temp jump is due to the way the DV heats, it causes a bit of...

    Ceramic Filter

Good man. That's exactly what I'm using. The bowl on the Protopipe is smaller than the Vapobowl cap so I'm going to use smaller diameter tubing inside to connect the two. Will do it in the next day or two and post pics.

    Favorite Temperature

I'm all over the place with my temps. Sometimes I just want a tasty puff with only mild effects (low) and sometimes I want to get full effects (high). I don't stick to just high temps before bed, sometimes I will wake up and hit at high temps and sometimes I'll go through a whole day sticking to...

 I didn't notice that when I reviewed it - yes it's my little black cat Harley probably off to beat her brother up. She's half the his size but has twice the chutzpah! The track playing is The Crescent by Adam Drake & Richard Bundy - it was a free overlay track on youtube - I kinda like...
