I got my Solo from Amazon and the seller would not deal with the return. Don't worry Arizer will take care of you. You will have to pay more for shipping to Canada tho, which is why Arizer tells you to contact the seller first.

The FC discount IS good for the XP, if you enter the right code that is.:doh: Apparently PV will take care of you even if you entered the wrong code. They really have been great to deal with I highly recommend PV.

It was PV, I'll shoot them an email and see what they say, I just figured cause it was new no discount. It did accept the code but then didn't give me a discount. I also thought PV was the only place to pre-order.

Unfortunately the FC discount code doesn't work for the XP. At least it didn't for me. edit- my mistake the FC discount will work for the XP.

Let me clarify that what I said would not stop me from buying and the way you describe it sound a lot better than the pic on page one. I didn't even realize that it was a rendering but that shows what I know. Now I will keep my mouth shut and wait for the final product.

The only thing I don't like about this is the finish. To me it looks cheep/fake I am really liking everything I've heard so far but would much prefer a more plain finish.

I'm an electrician and I'd say there is very little chance it is his power that is the problem. Yes it's his 3rd Pax with problems but how many other things does he have plugged in with no problems?

Ya I've been looking at both of those but don't think they are for me. The only other portable on my radar is the Ascent but don't feel like waiting plus I just love the size and design of Pax. It seems most people aren't having many problems but I'm worried I'll be one of the ones that do...

I hear you, I really want to pull the trigger on a Pax but after hearing this it is making it a very hard decision.

I love my solo but it not the best for portability. Have you seen the Davinci Ascent? I'm trying to make the same decision and for me it's between Pax, Cera, Ascent. Leaning towards Pax the Cera seems a little big and less stealthy, also it kind looks like a dildo. Not sur I'll be able to hold...

Not sure but isn't that what most whip style vapes use?
