Good product, poor execution. You know what really irks me the most? Lets be honest, they used cheap materials and a cheap battery. This cant cost a lot to make and manufacture. And they couldnt give out the GPONGs for free? Come on. It all goes downhill when you let greed get the best of you...

How dense are the clouds, does it require cleaning after every session like the pax? ( i use convection vapes )

Nope i used my glass one maybe 20 bullets or more before cleaning.

I dont see why people hate on the plastic so much, i know the pax and solo are metal and feel great but i think the Plastic is nice too. I would def love a more reliable and powerful battery.

After a while you will need to clean it man.

Because cracked mouthpieces are a result of the MP getting resin all over it and sticking to the unit. Thus requiring some wiggling to remove it. This over time breaks the plastic. Maybe in some cases it isnt the customers fault, in yours im sure it was not. I agree that VB has not stuck behind...

This is still a top 3 portable .. just because there are a few people who have breaks doesnt take away from the unit. Every company has defective units. Idk what you people expect but i have never heard of a vape coming out and everyone getting a PERFECT unit. Yes VB should be fixing battery...

They need to start sending out units with the GPONG .. Screw the regular MP. If your still using a pong only remove and out it on when the unit is hot. This will help avoid breaks.

Ive been getting frustrated with the inablity to reach level 3 quickly too. Unless its fully charged this thing is taking more than 3 minutes to get to level 3

Yes I do 2-4 bullets a day. On settings 2 and 3. I rarely clean it just get the GPONG for a great experience. You should be good

I can't blame you. I love the PNP I really do I truly believe for the price it's a top 3 portable available. But the way VB has handled everything, I don't see myself ever buying a product from them ever again.
