The cost of the repair service to the customer would almost be as much as a new cloud, so for now we do not offer any repair services. If someone is worried about a cloud malfunctioning and wants it warrantied they will need to purchase the cloud through us.

Your only able to place an order if there is inventory available, if you place your order, it will ship the same day or the following day depending on the time of day (prior to 12 PM EST) for same day shipping.

Orders that are placed before 12 noon EST will ship the same day, orders placed after will ship the following day.
