By looks of it , I'd say you flip the tray inward after the third bowl so that bowl 4-5 end up being 1-2... no need to have 4 bowls hanging , 2 at most .. it's exactly what the first two pics @djchexxx shared made me think of before reading your post, lol, thats awesome .... Great IG and FC...
