I dont know if I would say that either. It doesnt seem to be getting to them faulty but becomes such after use (varied amount and time) so they could have done 3 days of testing but that particular unit could only handle 4 days of use b4 it glitched, its almost impossible to say

fair, I am semi-new to vaping so I dont know background of most companies/product releases and that but even so, looking at GH attitude and constant reiteration of not wanting to send out faulty units to people I can see them holding off until they are sure they know they are sending out good...

I see it as a possible system flaw, that should hopefully be fixed with a update to the software... I dont see how its an assembly thing, unless something is misplaced which causes a false reading? I guess I do see how its possible... hopefully they have figured out exactly how it is and will be...

They probably gave longer delivery dates so they can have this buffer period to see the initial issues rather than shipping hundreds (say 400) at once and then having to resend another 100 or so bc of malfunctions so instead they are seeing the kinds of issues first to try and prevent that while...

so my tracker for my D020 from sunshine store finally updated and looks like its almost here... it says attempted delivery... does that mean someone needs to sign for it? Also shows a time stamp 7:37 which can't be EST so do they use a diff time zone for tracking?

Im guessing assembly (and kinda hoping) as it seems to be different problems popping up
