Based on the video, I would say you won't be that impressed.

PV stated when they released the PVHES stems that even though the turbo model stem has better airflow, in their testing, they found the regular PVHES stem has better performance (more vapor).

This should have been posted in the extreme Q thread and will most likely be moved there. The intake air does go over the electronics in the Q, but this air is cool and then heated prior to the vapor path.
