I received a replacement Inhalater due to a rattling noise my original had. The replacement has the same issue as yours and I have found that a quick smack on the bottom sets it straight sometimes. I'm eagerly awaiting an email stating the replacement XP is ready.

Not sure if this has been answered already, but can this vape be cleaned enough for airline travel in checked luggage?

That is an assumption, not fact. I think they are making the heater more efficient so there is less heat loss during a session. I don't think their intention is to scorch the load quicker.

The newer models have the same battery life as the previous models as stated earlier in the thread. The difference is the newer models have different firmware, which the battery indicator seems to deplete faster than actual battery life.

Greg from Pharmacor Techologies. I had sent an email to him regarding a rattle noise in my INH back in July. In his reply, he mentioned what his plans were for the Inhalater XP.

I was told back in July that the XP would have digital battery indicator, digital temperature display, and Internet connectivity for firmware updates. Have you heard something different?
