Sounds like it could be the notorious switch problem. There was an earlier post by Inhalater with a video to fix the switch with wd40. I'm not sure if the video is still available.

Before prying, be sure to remove the Allen screw that secures the knob to the body. The inh0004 did not have the Allen screw.

Do you happen to have any silicone tubing? If so, you can cut about an inch, then cut that piece lengthwise. Use that to make an o-ring.

Best vapor production and longer charge time - XP. More efficient - Pinnacle. My preference is the XP because I prefer higher temps than what the Pinnacle is capable.

Ed's stem and the stock stem with a bit of silicone tubing on the end both work for this purpose, but the beauty of the PV solo gong piece is that it is shorter and much easier to handle.

If you must have a pocketable vape that has variable temps and can medicate quickly, the Inhalater XP might be for you.

I'm still using my first capsule on my INH004 since July 2012. It does have a few black spots, but still works perfectly fine.
