True. That's what makes this an apples to oranges comparison. THC remains in the blood long after any intoxicating effects are gone. Unfortunately, they don't yet have a practical way to identify someone who's stoned at the time of the test.

I think it's best to match both voltage and amperage on the output. There's plenty of wiggle room on the input side (AC voltage from 100-240 volts ok).

There's some discussion of chargers several (like maybe 8-10) pages back in the thread. The charger specs are printed right on the side of the stock charger (output @9 volts, 1 amp). You can probably find it just by doing a search for "charger" in this thread.
