I wouldn't even use a grinder. I have found that finer grinds don't work so well in the FF. If you take a bud and pinch morsels and pack those up to the rim you're going to get a exceptional experience!

I ended up buying the REVITALIZING blend on the MFLB website. I think it's the lavender in it that I'm not loving, but the sage, peppermint and spearmint are quite spritely and grand!

As an aside I added a pinch of spearmint and lavender to my bud in the FF and dayum flavors galore! Never tried this before but think if you have some hay thus is the ticket!

Hmmm, I seem to either take monster rips or not fully cashing out my herb because I only get about 6 rips per screen basket which is about the same I get without the screen basket. Others are reporting 10+ rips per chamber I'm baffled as to why I can get only around 6.
