If you do it again, please take some pics. I'm wondering if it's the kind of thing you could repair yourself. Such as cleaning the line out, adjusting the thermostat, or adjusting the spark.

Has anyone got pics of the inside of the Iolite, I've seen the little diagram, but I would love to see some detailed photos of the inside.

Have you ever dropped it? I'm assuming the spark could be off by a millimeter and not "catching". May need to be realigned.

Are you in high elevation? If not, could go back to the air in the line issue. Otherwise send that puppy back!

If you're still getting good effects I wouldn't worry too much. After the first 2 hits try giving it 2 warm up cycles between hits, and don't purge the tank so much (I've never purged mine), try my "pump" method described above. Sounds like you still have a lot of "warranty time" left to see how...

Mine does that stutter sometimes, no worries, it's usually when it's about to run out of fuel, thermostat is regulating, or a little air in the lines. You can fix the air thing by pumping the can when you refill, position can as usual on the valve, but instead of one big push, pulse it 4-5 times...

Extremely dry mouth, throat irritation (no pain, just red, jacked up). No real lung problems though.

I think vapes deliver a lot of dry air. My dream vape would mix some steam with the vapor so it would reach some sort of balance. Just enough to normalize the humidity. I've already made a ghetto model that works pretty good. I described it in detail here...

I keep some fresh ground in a Tic-Tac box, nice little flip top lid, and stays fresher than you would think. I just tap a little directly into the bowl and place the herb chamber on over it, works great.:ninja:

You know, I thought the same thing but I Googled "volcano + dry throat" and there were a lot of people talking about it also drying you out. I dunno, I water filtrate, and still get extremely dry mouth.
