I emailed Trevor asking his thoughts about getting them to Canada. He seemed quite confident there wouldn't be a problem getting it to me. London, Ontario to be exact. I'm with you though, bro. It's been such a long wait, I would be really pissed if there are problems.

Send an email with a subject line of upgrading your order or something that would seem like it was about giving them more money. Seems if you email him about shipping, you won't get a response. Almost immediate response when I upgraded my holiday backer to titanium asking for an invoice, but...
