Well I'm in the same exact boat. Gong is very crooked, bottom is straight. That's actually how I received it (posted a pic some 200 pages back). I've adjusted how much the bottom sticks out once in a while with a slight push but have not messed with the top or any other part just out of paranoia...

I'm in the same exact boat and I would imagine 2 yr warranty means 2 yr warranty. Unlike the +150 which did extend the warranty, I can't fathom a cost being associated if there was an issue with my Cloud+ unit within that timeframe.

Additionally I'm really curious how the beta testing would work. There would of course be some kind of cost associated, I guess you provide feedback and ship back? The fact that it's confirmed to be full lifetime warranty is pretty amazing as well. Damn...why did I just have to book a vacation...

Heh true true, the ABV is light Brown and very finely ground, I'd say the 3 oversized Tbsp was close to 6g. The next time I am definitely going for the coconut oil or similar oil method. I'm kind of over PB temporarily after that last milkshake.

I.detected no Abv taste at all but the ridiculous amount of PB was almost unbearable. Still got my nice visuals and insane body high from the 3 tablespoons but I think I'll try dumping directly into the blender next time.

+1 to the heater malfunction group :( seems like the +150 is worth it to upgrade and extend warranty orshould I just stick to the OG version? Pretty sweet the returns address is only 30 min away...we'll maybe it will be sweet...
