You are right, but the customer CAN contatct with the manufacturer if wont and iniciate the warranty proces with them if he wont. And yes in this case Vapium had the obligation to iniciate the warranty proces. The shipping cost is not than "brutal". I can send the device for 25€ in 2-3 weeks...
