I sent my vV, which was defect upon arrival, back for repairs, and it was picked up in Boca Raton, FL a few days ago. Does anyone know how long repairs usually take?

Thanks for the info. There was some invisible vapor, as I felt some effects, but not very much. Almost no visible vapor, though. There was definitely hot air coming out of the heating chamber, but suspect it wasn't hot enough. Perhaps the 220V could have something to do with it... But it should...

I did stir the flowers repeatedly, yes. I don't know if they could have been packed too tightly, but I don't think so. The air flow seemed ok, and still I could hardly get any visible vapor at all, even with high temperatures.
