I haven't tried the flowermill but the OMD is amazing for how easy it is on the hands/wrists. I actually often just hold the bottom parts and then slide the bottom of my hand along the top part to grind/make it spin. Heck, you can even use your forearm to make the top part grind! That's amazing...
