You know what, you're probably right. At worst you have to send it back for repairs and still end up with a new one back in your hands eventually with all the new components....an interesting idea. EDIT: And as I put my CC info in to snag a SS hopper on the cheap, it goes sold out. Damn.

Going with the adage of "if it seems too good to be true..." that seems like it is most likely the old rejected components being sold for cheap? That would be my first guess. But I could be wrong. Make sure to let us know how it works!
