Vape Dr. I like you just tried to cover the herb chamber and when I breath through I still get a lot of air, if I blow into the mouthpiece with the chamber covered I get a heavy stream of air coming out of the usb port. Its unsettling.

That smell to me is normal heat smell, sorta like the smell that comes off a new toaster oven or even the smell of a stove before you start cooking(Minus the gas smell), its pretty much a metal heating smell, not chemical imo. As for the vibration, I like it and feel its stealth, many will...

File a complaint with the BBB and try to do a chargeback on your CC(If you can, explain the situation to them over the phone). I my mind they lied and robbed you, I know that sounds extreme BUT its reality, I mean if a company gives bad service they deserve it, no?
