Isn't this true however of tons of other portable electronic devices? Personally, I think it's pretty cool that the unit even has a user replaceable battery, something which a number of other portable vaporizers don't have

GH is a startup company, the fact that they are even responding to posts on these forums shows that they care. They even took member's suggestions here into consideration, and now they have a green grasshopper stretch goal, a stainless case, and are looking into the possibility of deactivation...
