I can't get my cannabis capsules to work, does anyone have any advice? Thanks :)

Awesome, thanks for the replies! Do you know if its ok to not strain out the weed and just put it in the caps as well to minimize losses of any thc? I've eaten grams of decarbed regular weed (don't ask me why, stupid idea...) and haven't had any stomach irritation so that's not an issue.

Able to Work on Vaping ? Does it really keep you functional ?

Personally, I have found that vaping at low temperatures gets me pretty high and less functional, but higher temperatures, while not tasting as good imo, gives me more of a head high where I can still work easily.

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Thanks for the replies! For using 2.5g for 10 caps tho, how much oil would you recommend? I tried visualizing this laying out the ingredients today, and 2.5g of even finely ground herb in 2 teaspoons oil would be more like "damp weed coated in some oil" than "oil with weed in it" lol. But I...

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Interesting idea. Come to think of it, edibles have never worked for me in the past (except once), but I just assumed me or my friends made it incorrectly. The one exception tho was a very potent space muffin I bought in Amsterdam that had me extremely high for 24 hours. So it did work that time.

I can't get my cannabis capsules to work, does anyone have any advice? Thanks :)

Awesome, thanks for the tips guys. I ate around 16 of them today, and felt moderate effects, so I think it probably is a potency issue as mentioned. For the weed, I'm using decently high quality bud - not the highest, but well above midgrade. Vaping it gets me ripped off of 2-3 hits and I...

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Awesome thanks for the advice! So are you saying 2.5g to 10 caps because doing 1g in 4 caps would likely be too little to actually work? Also, for decarb, does it matter if I put the foil into a mason jar or something to keep the smell in? Or does this not make it work well?

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Cool, ill increase weed or decrease the capsule number. Do you think I still need to decarb then in the oven before cooking the oil in the double boiler?

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Oh damn, well that would explain a lot I'd probably have to eat the whole jar then if thats the case lol. So would you recommend that I use less coconut oil then and put 1g in half the amount of oil? Cuz the way it is now it fills up 10 caps all the way.

I can't get my cannabis capsules to work, does anyone have any advice? Thanks :)

Ok, so essentially I would be doing the majority of the decarboxylation in the oven at 350 degrees and just releasing the thc into the oil in the crock pot?

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately I don't have a slow cooker, but I think you have convinced me to purchase one. I've tried to make them 4 times now using a double boiler method (not rice cooker, everyone is right thats a bad idea) and they haven't worked at all. Here's the method I was...

I can't get my cannabis capsules to work, does anyone have any advice? Thanks :)

I've tried to make them four times now, and have wasted almost a half ounce, and none of the pills have worked. I ate around a dozen of them last night and perhaps got a mild buzz, but could have been nothing. Anyone have any tips? This is the recipe I have been following...

Cannabis Oil Capsules with a rice cooker?

Hi! I am planning to make cannabis oil capsules, essentially by filling empty gelatin capsules with cannabis oil. I've read that the best way to do this is to use a slow-cooker (crock pot) with a few grams of herb in a shot or 2 of coconut oil and cook for a few hours, then fill the capsules...

    Vaporizer for a blind person

I definitely agree, Theres essentially nothing on the MFLB that you need to see to be able to do, except perhaps loading the bowl, but it should be fine because it won't be hot. I've been trying it with my eyes closed for the past while and its fine. I also tried my friends non-digital volcano...

    The Grasshopper

This is certainly a bit suspicious to me... I wonder if it really was at 360˚ or if its an accurate temperature gauge.

    The Grasshopper

I can easily get 3 full trenches out of my MFLB batteries, which are just plain rechargeable AA batteries, about the same size as the GH batteries (not convection, I know, so its not exactly a fair comparison). You can buy lithium AA batteries the same size as normal AA batteries that last 8x as...

Does anyone have advice on how to tell indicas from sativas? Thanks :)

Yeah I agree, these posts have helped me out so much, thanks everyone :) I found a new strain that's more indica dominant thats been great. Also, I've found that vaping at higher temperatures has been significantly reducing anxiety/panic attacks. While I love low temp bowls and how it...

    The Grasshopper

Over 300k :) I honestly don't think this was trying to be condescending...it seems to me just to be some humor over the fact that everyone is demanding so much from this vape that hasn't even been released yet and hasn't had a chance to prove itself. Who knows tho, at least its now 1 month...

    The Grasshopper

Completely agree - I'm sold for a $99 vape that produces clouds like that at 360˚F. :)

Vaporization temperatures of CBD, CBN and THC

Yeah, definitely some really valid points here. While I agree that temperature controls can't be perfect and really depend on the situation, I do wish that vapes indicated how "reliable" their controls were so you can at least have some idea. I've been playing around with seeing how different...
