Mine stopped working before I first attempted to charge it, unfortunately.

I wonder if it's some problem that occurs during shipping. Temperature changes? Humidity? Being tossed around (though it was packed very nicely and the shipping box even has a cradle that snugly fits the GH box)? I dunno, but @BuzzDanklin and @slcbdco both picked theirs up in person, and theirs...

My Solo's keeping me nice and toasty in this wintry weather, while my Hopper is riding my desk drawer (until I get a replacement).

Can you try clicking it on-and-off 10-15 times and see if it works after that? Might even need to try 20.

I've gotten the Hopper to work on and off, and I've been noticing a weird taste. I even tried with an empty chamber, but I'm still tasting it. I don't really know how to describe it. I only have the Solo to compare vape tastes to, so it could just be the unique Hopper taste. I hope not though...

Unfortunately, there is no auto. But that termination voltage seems to be for the nominal voltage. I just left the batteries in for a while, and it charged them to ~4.20V then shut off. Good point.

I doubt it's from me pressing it poorly, as it happens regardless of how I press it. What do you mean by pressing it poorly specifically? Perhaps yours has the same problem as mine, but just to a much, much lesser degree?

Yeah, I just tried turning it, and the ticking definitely changed in volume depending on how the charger was rotated. Weird stuff... And, unfortunately, I don't think my flashes while charging (red-red-red-blue&red) are normal. Does yours really flash like that when charging too?

Not currently, but I've just ordered an XTAR VP2 and it should be here on Wednesday. It seems to have some manual voltage/current settings that I will need to set when I receive it and put the batteries in. Any suggestions as to what settings I should use?
