You are asked to colonize on Mars would you?

    Immediately. No doubts.

I dropped my Hopper from ~4 feet directly onto road pavement yesterday (it's slippery with gloves on!). When trying to turn it on immediately after, I got the flashing red lights. However, I did a short battery pull then put the same battery back in, and it's been working fine since then (aside...

Does it look like the left one in this image?

Any chance you can get a picture? EDIT: And as for external chargers, I use the XTAR VP2, and it works perfectly with the GH batteries.

The clicking while in use is normal, but shouldn't be loud enough to hear unless you're in a quiet room. I think they said it was the heater cycling on and off?

I wonder if this is a sign that their quality control is slipping / the factories are easing up the tolerances of the machined pieces. Alternatively, they may have redesigned the mouthpiece slightly.

More than anything else, this will be GHL's kiss of death (if it keeps occurring) unless they acknowledge it and lay out a plan for preventing it.

    Arizer Air vs Grasshopper

The Solo paired with a bubbler is a great option. It's reliable, easy to use, and you can get wall-to-wall milk from it.

Thanks, I see now. That line of white text in the middle of his post threw me off.

    First time.... (almost)

And just remember, however anxious you get and however much you vape, you won't die from pot and your teeth are not falling out.

You can also push down on a domed screen with your finger after putting it in the stem. This compresses it, giving you more space, but still keeps a small space between the holes and the herb.

How did you widen the holes?

With the backend screwed on and no battery, it does not seem to be airtight. But it's very, very close. :/

So, I just took off my backend and battery, and inhaled through the mouthpiece (attached to the body) while covering the intake holes. I was still able to get some air pulled through, and the amount decreased when I covered the rear of the Hopper too. It definitely seems air can come in from the...

Do you feel that the GH body contained what would have otherwise been a larger issue?

While I'm fine letting GHL figure out most of these problems on their own without communicating to us all the details (I'd rather they communicate, but still), something like an exploding/bursting/inflating battery is something that they really need to publicly address. That can cause real harm...

Mine gets hot just above the intake holes, where the heater is. But that's to be expected and I don't think that's a flaw. My backend does not get hot. One thing that may help keep my backend working is that I have only used the GH charger maybe two or three times when I first got it. Since I...
