When it comes to electricity I always play it safe. The unit is designed to use 30-45 amps at times. You don't want to be nonchalant about something like that. Regardless of the 3.7v battery, the 45 amp heater shows how powerful this little thing is.

What kind of heat did you tell them is coming from the back end (temp wise)? Also how long does it take before you feel it changing temperature (total on time or hits)? I really think they need help when it comes to communication. Heat on the back end should be expected? Uh no, it shouldn't.
