Cleverly folded parchment alone is doable on a 20-ton if you pre-press your puck and don't have massive amounts in each pressing. Directional flow too, its all about path of least resistance.

The Fine level grinder isn't a finishing grinder, you can load it with whatever you have. We just kept the tolerances as tight as possible to cut as much and as often as possible. Our grinders are a bit unique, designed for 1-2 flowers at a time with no kief catcher. We made them super wide...

You're definitely going to need more support in that frame. The weakest point is normally the bolts, but that's when using something like unistrut...I'd seriously rethink that frame...for your safety. Unistrut (P6000) would be the least I would use...and make sure those bolts are grade 8...
