Plus the sides of the bottom piece of the sc act like walls keeping the bud contained in the grinding area, away from where the rims contact. I use my 2 piece scs upside down to keep the rims clean.

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

Basically opened up the unit, removed the battery, ripped off the positive and negative leads for the small circuit board that's attached to the battery then soldered the leads to the new battery and reinstalled it. I would suggest using a nice soldering iron cause my low power radio shack...

http://www.fasttech.com/products/0/10002716/1201202-dc-12v-2a-100-240v-ac-power-adapter ^^^ Also, these are extremely reliable IME and run at about 12.2v while the ud ac ps runs at over 13v. I ordered a few a while back and turns out they are the same power supply that magic flight provided me...

    The Magic-Flight Box

Interesting that ya'lls screens in the screened trays act as a ceiling to break bubbles. The screen in my screened tray sits basically flat in the bottom of the tray (maybe assembled wrong?). My take on the screen was that it is sort of a wick to wick the concentrate out across the tray...

    The Magic-Flight Box

I'd use the screened tray if I were you. The unscreened tray is more for bubble or dry ice hash. The difference in the trays is functional. The screen increases the surface area that is heating the concentrate. Cleaning is identical ... just use a torch to torch them clean.

    Discontinued Pinnacle Pro

Yup still going strong ... let me know if you have any questions. Battery-wise I would suggest the ncr18650b over the ncr18650pf I used. Instead of an IMR hybrid it's straight li ion (as is the stock pnp battery) but they have 500 mah more capacity than the pf giving them 3400 mah and both are...

Higher ambient temperatures? I've noticed my dog feels different to touch with different ambient temps. Also check the resistance of your resistor .. it should be right around 20 ohms.

    Herb Grinders

When I say male side of a grinder I'm talking the smaller diameter lip that slides into the larger diameter lip not the center post. To avoid the center post just load your nugz to the sides instead of in the center. I think I'll be picking up an scs 3 pc for my living room grinder in the near...

Mine won't center perfectly either. When I first put it together I noticed it and contacted 7th floor immediately. Unfortunately Chris (I think was his name) was no longer taking care of the email/cs side of things down there at the time and I was instead talking with some chick who didn't...

    Herb Grinders

You are correct. This is the only part of the scs design that leaves me scratching my head. I have grinders that have the male side on the lower piece (sc, 7th floor snuff shredder and others) and grinders with the male side on the lid piece (scs and xxl sharp stone). IMO having the male side...

I like wood oils like cedar wood and sandal wood but sandal wood is retarded expensive for the real stuff. I sometimes use wax melts from Walmart and they work really well at filling the whole house with your scent of choice.

The newer wand fits the old style heater cover. The only difference in the heater covers is the diameter of the base of the cover (where the spring clips live). With the newer style wand you're in for a treat :brow: the screens seat soo much better than the old wands. You will need a...

I have both a large 2 piece sc and a large 2 piece scs and much prefer the grind consistency of the scs for vaping and also think the anodizing helps avoid gummy rims for longer. IMO the 2 picec sc is the perfect consistency for rolling joints ... but it's been a while since I've smoked so it...
