That bottom one is way worse than either of mine were and they both took in oil. Would definitely open a ticket. The Hercules is awesome but there are one or two things they need to fix in production since it's fairly new.

Best thing to do is go to the delta9 website and open a ticket. As for similar Herc numbers sending out, yes, mine was 6214 (or something like that) and it arrived Friday.

Well, it appears that Delta9 would like me to ship my defective Hercules to them in order for them to replace it. My question is, wouldn't this be ridiculously unsafe to do? My Herc is used and stuck together with oil in parts. Will an iso soak really get rid of all the residue? I mean...

The Hammer attachment is a ceramic heater that reaches 1200F and is able to be used with the normal Persei top or the Hammer Top (which has a click on/click off button).

Hey Bob, when you say that you're getting about 20 hits per quarter gram packing, how long is your average hit and how long are you allowing it to heat up before hitting it? Sorry for all the questions but I'm trying to get this thing dialed in.
