Discontinued The Persei Vaporizer for herbs and concentrates.

My pleasure, my friend. I don't really hit flower anymore but when I do, it's the Bender or bust. The taste is unparalleled.

No, you can simply purchase a Hammer cart by itself for $25.00 or so off of the delta9 site. The Hammer Top that you pictured above is a separate top that has a click on, click off feature for the button and comes with a Hammer cart as well. While convenient, it is definitely not a necessity. I...

Ditto! Also, I believe today was supposed to be Hercules Day as far as prototypes being ready for testing. Any updates, G? :p

I have to respectfully disagree. I have never seen anyone mention listening for a "hiss" when using regular carts. However, the most common tip given for using the Hercules 7.4v has been "hold down the button until you start to hear a loud hiss".

The hissing that some people refer to is in reference to the Hercules carts. Definitely not the 2.4's!

    1) G and crew are waiting on a new prototype replacement part which is expected March 15th, so the actual re release is probably still a little bit away. 2) 5.0 ohms at 7.4v is the most powerful configuration (at least I believe so, but I could be mistaken), but not necessarily the most...

This is beyond overboard in my personal opinion and as Puffers mentioned, if the problem was really that substantial, I wouldn't use my Persei. I hate the taste of the regular carts that I've had, so I just don't use them and upgraded to the Hercules 7.4v. Best tasting hits I've had, no...

I'm sorry, but what exactly is going on here? How is this method removing the foul taste?

Regardless of what many oblivious smokers may report, all vapes let off a smell and it isn't exactly discrete. No way around the fact that heating THC smells...a lot.

2.4 ohm carts are supposed to be the tastiest of the bunch (besides the Hercules which tastes better than any vape or nail I've ever used), but 1.5 ohms are notorious for burning oil if you aren't careful. Bigger clouds, but not as tasty.

I'm not sure about the Herc 3.7v, but the 7.4v can definitely do both bubble and herb. From what I hear with herbs, you just need to be careful on the button.

    Discontinued Omicron Vaporizer for oils

I have had the same problem with the standard carts, hence I've stopped using them. I know for a fact that I wasn't burning my oil upon loading and that the metallic taste is from the carts. The remedy? I upgraded to the Persei with the Hercules 7.4 cart for oils and man, what a difference...

I believe you can get the 7.4v herb/oil Herc at www.planetvape.ca at the moment. I know that Delta9/UP was fixing an issue with the Hercules 7.4v where oil was getting under some of the heater cores. I believe I read the new parts will be available around mid March, so I figure as soon as they...

I think that combo will more than suit your needs. With the Hercules, loading the oil is a snap, you have the ability to take small or large hits with unparalleled taste, and the tanks can be fully cleaned and reused over and over. The Persei comes with two disposable carts (I believe 5.0...

My properly working Hercules 7.4v reads 1.5 ohms and my defective Hercules 7.4v reads 3.3 ohms.

I have to agree with what DubC said. I get massive rips equal to a fat dab off of a nail, only better tasting. However ru_frothi, I had the same problem as you with one of my Hercules 7.4's and I ended up using the Iris to diagnose the problem. The hammer in one of my Hercules was 3.0 ohms...

After some ghetto rigging, I've hooked some tubing up to my Nate Dizzle Swiss Perc and have been taking the fattest and tastiest rips (may as well be dabs) with the Hercules. :ko: Thanks man! Appreciate the love.

    Discontinued Omicron Vaporizer for oils

The taste and smell you keep mentioning are not hazardous to your health. Unpleasant? Yes. Harmful? No. Just so you know, I stopped using the standard carts for the same reason. Taste is extremely important to me and I was finding that 9 times out of 10, the carts tasted like crap. I use...

The Nibbler and Nibbler X are water filtration devices designed for the original Omicron and Persei style carts only. The Nibbler is considered an at home piece and the Nibbler X is a portable. I personally don't have a need for water filtering standard carts but the Hercules delivers nail...
