Don't. It's garbage. It won't vape herb. Just combust. Save your money and buy a better vape that you will actually be happy with. Plenty of options On here. Just look around and read the reviews.

I try not to overload it as it gets messy. I usually prefer to refill more often with smaller amounts.

Slow constant draw or fast quick hit. It cools off otherwise and you lose vapor. Hit it and let it sit for a couple seconds and it will build vapor back up. Long slower draws keep it more consistently producing vapor.

They sent me not only 2 replacement chambers with tips but a whole new pen kit so now I have an extra case, battery, charger, and 3 extra coils. These guys so far are awesome with CS.
