For decarb, I sous vide at 190F for 90 minutes.
For infusion, I use 170F - 180F for 4 hours. Sometimes more.
For ABV, I often decarb but the last few times I skipped the decarb and left it in the infusion for 6 hours instead of 4.
So nice. No smell, no muss, no fuss. I really like sous vide...
