Did you put in your card info already? If so its at the sellers discretion, but I put items in my cart before and checked out but didn't process payment right away, and I simply hit cancel order right through DHgates order management tab. Just my experience.

Wow, I ordered the following all on 7/24; banger/dab tool from hyman, dropdown from alina, and FC-710 from Steven... And I've received the hyman package Friday, tracking shows I should be receiving the dropdown in the next business day or two, and lastly the Steven provided tracking number...
