They sold you the wrong cart. 4ohm is for fat hits at 7.4v. The omicron can only handle 1.5-3ohm carts. 1.5ohm will provide a larger hit than the standard 2.4ohm cart.

Check your charger box down on the second level. I have seen carts hiding in there from time to time.

If I'm correct, IMR's give full power every button press. Yes they will hit fatter but also drain faster.
