bought multuiple units from amazon. arizer had no issues with warranty replacement on the smelly units. I dont know what issue you are trying to solve. your warranty is valid. never even asked to provide sales receipt.

no, thats one of the factors that controls the tightness of the stems. If anything it helps your stem be tighter I would guess and I think thats a good thing. Enjoy.

if you're concerned about the quality you might consider the pelican cases linked in the FAQ. Very high quality and they come in all sorts of shapes and sizes.... The foam is removable in 1" cubes so it makes customizing the case easy and they cost less than the vape case as well...

It sounds like you only have 1 bat and 1 cart? if not swap batteries and carts... make sure the connection on the battery is clean before hooking to charger. if you press the button and the cart is not working then maybe the cart died (which sucks). If you have more than 1 cart and 1 battery...

i agree my EQ collects dust. vaporbong works great. JamBandPhan: There isn't anything you can do about loose stems. Even the new tighter stem units get looser with use but still tighter than my M104. There is some variation among stems but not too much.
