No with a properly made adapter, the resistance is so minimal that you incur no significant loss.

have you tried inhaling faster. you can draw on the Persei much harder IMO because the bigger heater can vape more oil. If you dont pull hard enough it will clog also. something to consider. That was my problem with the omicron, who knows...

you have it backwards. you stem is so tight its not going all the way in that why you think its loose. surprised your it working at all that way.... it will work way better once you insert the stem fully.... no your stem is tight like its supposed to be..... you are not inserting it all the...

Without trying to explain ohms law the basic answer is: no the carts are in parallel so the impedence is cut in half and you get twice the power. so by doubling the carts you do double the power. There may be some sag in the voltage across the battery but the basic concept of 2x the power...
