Yeah, that's what I figured. Some companies allow you to print off a returns label from their website in the event of a faulty product, which covers the postage costs. I thought Hermes might be one of those companies.

Yeah, you fill them with water. These little water tools are 'anti-spill' so it shouldn't leak water when it's on its side. It should cool the vapor down, as well as adding some moisture to it making it less dry on the throat.
