As a medical professional, I diagnose this as a clear case of VAS. Symptoms include periodic splurges of cash followed by a sudden and often overwhelming sense of euphoria. There is no known remedy.

I think some people use it as 'filler' so that you don't need to fill the whole chamber with herbs.
