You should message the seller and provide proof of the broke pieces I’ve only ever received an item cracked, not smashed, and it was still functional but I wanted to replace it so I messaged the vendor and they sent me another one.

I figure Ill just use an old glass one that broke on me but is still technically usable, and ordered a thermal from eBay. I always wanted to see what the hype was all about with those designs. I don’t expect it to be as nice as the real thing, but I’m sure it’ll be a decent way to test it out...
