I don't think there is a TI e-liquid cart. (My e-liquid knowledge is limited). That sounds like you may have a switch/strap issue if it heats up excessively. There were some issues with straps on early models. Contact TV and they can help you trouble shoot it.

I didn't think mine was running hot. But from the sounds of it, maybe it was. I ran mine set around 11:00-11:30. Noon was too hot. On it's way back for a tune up/repair.
