I do not see a crack in the bamboo. I'm pretty freaked out that it was hot enough to cause the glass to warp/bend. They stop about the same size as the upper lip of the VXN.

I too have found the LL ceramic cover works best. I tried a dart loader with the tip ground off, and it clogs way too fast to make it worth while. Every other mouth piece falls out in my pocket.

I have multiple EO carts for this reason, one for co2 oil and another for everything else. A spare if you need to send one in for rebuild is nice as well.

I'd try additional batteries before sending in for a rebuild. Also be sure they are "suitable". If that doesn't work, send it in for rebuild. Sounds like the cart is fouled from the description.

You want the switch tightened down as much as possible. If the foil test doesn't work, it's the strap or the cart (or the battery).
