The problem is DV told multiple people they are looking at at least 2 weeks. Why dont DV come out and tell everyone Hey were looking at at least 2 weeks they are stuck in customs if anything changes we will let you know.

Hey all based on the information I have received I would expect the units to be shipped early part of next week from DV to preorders.

From information I have gathered I believe what really happened was DaVinci made some agreements with distributors and also promised to make sure all units went to davinci pre orders before they went to distributors. They are now stocking up on the shipments coming in to satisfy both parties...
