I had to deal with the repair process. Took 3 weeks total. Quick considering it went to Canada and through customs and all that. Honestly when it works it seems too good to be true. Very happy with my unit.

Besides using the charging cable that came with the unit (which made the units heating light turn on and off), everything is working better than I remember.

have you tried holding a light to your mouth while you exhale? I noticed that convection vapor was thinner than conduction and also was much smoother. I could be wrong but that was what I got out of the unit for my short time using it.
