This was a post from @JCat. 1/2" is measured from outer diameter of the tubing. Ensure you use heat rated tubing. Also I think the mouthpieces are the same diameter (between crafty and mighty). But maybe someone else can confirm.

Just double checking @JCat , did you mean 1/2" inner diameter or outer diameter? E. G. 1/2" diameter for the clearance on the inside of the tube or measured to the outer part of of plastic tubing?
