a vapxhale evo is the same as an X joint ( the standard 18.8), so it will work as is XD :D i.e that method i just showed you. To blow glass to specifically to put the Extreme Q unit on it'd have to be like.. the male 18.8 joint, and then you'd have to put the cyclone bowl and unit on upside...

So if you take the adapter that you put on the hose and fits over the bowl, you take a second one of that EXACT same adapter ( your q should have come with a spare) and put it in the other side of the hose. put that adapter into the bowl of the cycler, and hit it :)

never apologize for questions :) fun fact, the Q adapters are male 18.8 standard male joints, so if you take a second elbow and put it on the there side of the tube (cut the tube short forconvience) it'll fit in any 18.8 water pipe :) (including cory's gooogerous recyclers).

@Herr_Damp to be fair if my model is the base, mine is cut like yours on the outside. I honestly like it both ways, but i'm a function guy so the aethsetics of it is less important to me. The model me and you are getting is in no way a sub-par joint. look at any other joint :) Edit: pretty sure...

Re-update on my core glass commission.Payment complete and went through on Friday and he probably started blowing on saturday or late friday if he started only piece. Quoted today (sunday) that he;ll be done in a couple days so looks like only 4 days ish to finish a custom commissioned piece...
