I might suggest a Pelican 1040 (solid lid, not transparent, with transparent you'll need additional padding). You would need to add some padding to stop accidental button press but I'm sure you could find something stable. It easily fits a plastic 2x battery case too.

I don't think it would be that much. The trick is for RBT to use US Mail as the carrier when shipping overseas on these preorders. If he uses FedEx or UPS, you could get hit with some heavier customs charges because they charge a handling fee.

I loosely fill the chamber about half way and have put in a small puck of compressed kif or bubble hash. Then I top the chamber off with more dry herb to protect the screens on both sides from clogging with hash. Works wonders!
