To adequately adress your question, one would need to know what type of charger you have... Then from there...I'm sure a Google or youtube search will produce the desired results.

The way I would preload a stem would be to cork it after packing. You could also get some bullets from 420edc and preload those. Stirring is a bitch but I like to keep a small container I can blow the herbs into, then re-crumble the herbs and suck them back up. It was our first trip...
