Nope doesnt drip down due to the wick and reservoir.. Works perfect with water pipe. Heres a video of someone using a bholt for the first time.. = )

Yes it will fit upside down into any waterpipe with 14mm female glass fitting or can be used with adapter to fit 18mm. Battery is 650mah and last for a full day of use on 1 charge. Coil stays pretty cool even with extended use (2.8 ohm).
